1.2 Data We Do NOT Collect

• Your name, email address, or phone number
• Your precise GPS location
• Your contacts, photos, or files
• Your microphone or camera access
• Any personally identifiable information (PII)
• Account credentials (no login required to play)

2. How We Use Your Information

2.1 Advertising (Google AdMob)

ArrowCluster displays rewarded video ads (optional - you choose to watch them for in-game rewards). Google AdMob uses your Advertising ID and device information to:

• Serve relevant ads based on your interests
• Limit the number of times you see the same ad
• Measure ad performance
• Prevent fraud and invalid traffic

You can opt out of personalized ads in your device settings (see Section 5).

2.2 Analytics (Firebase Analytics)

We use Firebase Analytics to understand how players interact with the game. This helps us:

• Identify popular levels and features
• Detect difficulty spikes or bugs
• Improve player retention and experience
• Make data-driven design decisions

All analytics data is aggregated and anonymized.

4. Data Retention

• AdMob data: Retained per Google's Ads Data Retention policy (typically up to 14 months for user-level data)
• Firebase Analytics: Retained for 14 months (default), then automatically deleted
• Crash logs: Retained for 90 days
• We do not store any personal data on our own servers

5. Your Rights & Choices

5.1 Opt Out of Personalized Ads

You can disable personalized advertising on your Android device:

1. Open Settings → Google → Ads
2. Toggle "Opt out of Ads Personalization" ON
3. This will reset your Advertising ID

You can also visit Google Ad Settings to manage ad preferences.

5.2 Analytics Opt-Out

To disable Firebase Analytics data collection, you can:

• Use a firewall/VPN to block analytics endpoints
• Disable "Usage & Diagnostics" in Android Settings → Google → Usage & Diagnostics

5.3 Data Deletion

Since we don't collect personal identifiers, there's no personal data to delete. Third-party data is governed by their respective policies (see links in Section 3).

6. Children's Privacy

ArrowCluster is a general audience puzzle game. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the applicable age in your jurisdiction). If you are a parent/guardian and believe your child has provided personal information, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it.

AdMob and Firebase comply with COPPA and GDPR-K requirements for child-directed content.

7. International Data Transfers

Your data may be processed on servers located outside your country (including the United States). Google provides appropriate safeguards under Standard Contractual Clauses and the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. By using the app, you consent to this transfer.

8. Security

We implement appropriate technical measures to protect data:

• All network communications use HTTPS/TLS encryption
• No sensitive personal data is stored locally or transmitted
• Third-party SDKs handle data per their security standards

However, no internet transmission is 100% secure.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. The "Last Updated" date at the top will be revised. Continued use of the game after changes constitutes acceptance.

10. Legal Basis (GDPR/UK GDPR)

For users in the European Economic Area and UK, our legal bases are:

11. California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)
